Pro Support Services offers comprehensive pre-employment and post-employment functional assessments. These assessments can be completed on our internal paperwork (developed by our team with over 40 years experience within occupational physiotherapy) or on company specific paperwork at your request. All assessments are completed by an accredited and experienced Physiotherapist. Candidates will complete a variety of functional and clinical tests designed to allow the assessor to determine their suitability for the physical demands of the proposed role.

Pre-Employment Functional Assessment Packages
Our pre-employment functional assessments are offered in three packages to suit your individual needs.
Pre-employment Functional Assessment – Base $180.00
- Detailed occupational and health screen (current and historic);
- Musculo-skeletal assessment and functional capacity evaluation, including comprehensive range of movement;
- Sign-off by accredited Physiotherapist.
Pre-employment Functional Assessment – Standard $375.00
- Drug and alcohol screen (instant, laboratory available for non-negative results at an additional cost);
- Detailed occupational and health screen (current and historic);
- Musculo-skeletal assessment and functional capacity evaluation, including comprehensive range of movement;
- Visual assessment;
- Spirometry test (lung function);
- Audiometry test (hearing);
- Sign-off by accredited Physiotherapist.
Pre-employment Functional Assessment – Advanced $500.00
- Drug and alcohol screen (instant, laboratory available for non-negative results at an additional cost);
- Detailed occupational and health screen (current and historic);
- Musculo-skeletal assessment and functional capacity evaluation, including comprehensive range of movement;
- Visual assessment;
- Spirometry test (lung function);
- Audiometry test (hearing);
- Chest x-ray;
- Sign-off by a General Practitioner.
